The new super-fast Ariel Atom powered by the V8 engine costs € 134,000 – the perfect amount of money for the 8-cylinder hearth made from two Hayabusa motorcycle engines. After proper adjustments, the Atom was rated a rocket mounted on wheels.
Ariel has equipped the Atom with an F1 racing-style air vane on its front nose and one on the rear inspired by the GT racing car design. The small but not too weak car is impressed by the ‘stop’ power thanks to the 4-piston Alcon brake grip inside the lightweight Dymag rims made of magnesium. The Atom V8 has a power/weight ratio almost never seen in a street car – more than 1,000 horsepower per ton! With less than 2.5 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h, the Atom V8 evokes a Bugatti Veyron. So 134,000 euros is definitely a bargain. Buyers not only have the opportunity to own a powerful but also relatively rare vehicle. The manufacturer said it produced only 25 Atom.
This super car owns double supercharger V8, with electric motor, rear wheel drive. Among them, the 800-volt power system is responsible for supplying power to three electric motors, producing 670 horsepower.
Regera uses a carbon fiber wheel tone sur tone with a body made of the same material. Koenigsegg’s supercar owns many distinctive colors, contrasting with the brown leather interior. The car uses Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
Regera uses adjustable sports seats, supports Apple CarPlay (but does not support Android Auto).
No one buys a Koenigsegg supercar just to watch. Its 1500 horsepower engine really delivers the power of a beast. This car can accelerate to 300 km/h in 10 seconds, and take 10 seconds to accelerate to 400 km/h.
Surprisingly, it can do this while the hood is still open.
